    | 1. 1. Put the ground beef in a bowl. | 2. 2. Shred potato finely & mix it with the meat. | 3. 3. Put a piece of bread in a small bowl and pour a little bit of water to soak. | 4. 4. Put in the microwave for 15-20 sec. | 5. 5. Spill any extra water left. Mix with the mixture, add salt & pepper ( or w.e. other seasoning you like). | 6. 6. Add the egg and mix everything together. | 7. 7. Make the mix into the size cotlets you would like and heat up the pan. | 8. 8. Flip so both side are golden brown. | 9. 9.
