    | 1. Combine eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, cream, milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and whisk together. | 2. Take one baguette sliced into 1/4 inch slices. | 3. Divide the cream cheese among slices of baguette and spread on top of bread. | 4. Prepare 9x13 pan with butter. | 5. Use 1/3 of the apples to make a layer in the bottom of pan. | 6. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the raisins. | 7. Follow with one layer of bread which has been spread with cream cheese. | 8. Apply another layer using 1/3 of the apples, 1/3 of the raisins, and another layer of bread with cream cheese. | 9. Place remaining apples and raisins on top of bread. | 10. Pour egg mixture over bread. | 11. Mix topping ingredients by placing flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. | 12. Cut cold butter into flour mixture until a crumbly topping is formed. | 13. Add remaining raisins. | 14. Sprinkle evenly over top of bread and egg mixture. | 15. Put in preheated 350°F oven. | 16.
