    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Microwave the mozzarella in safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir and then microwave 30 more seconds. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. It should look like fondue at this point. | 3. Add the 2 oz cream cheese, 1 egg and flour mix, mix in a food processor or in bowl with a wooden spoon. If not mixing well, dump on wax paper and knead with hands until uniform in color. | 4. On parchment lined baking sheet, spread dough into a 9 x 12" shape. | 5. In same food processor or bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except berries. | 6. Put the filling down the center of the dough the long way. Use a rubber spatula to push back into middle as needed. | 7. Sprinkle the blueberries on top of cheese. | 8. Cut 1" strips down edges of the dough and criss cross up and across cheese and berries. | 9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cheese is set and not jiggly. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
