    | 1. Prepare the oranges by peeling then removing the pith. | 2. Segment the oranges. | 3. Trim the strawberries and then cut the strawberries ino halves. | 4. Combine the strawberries and oranges and place in the serving bowl and refrigerate until the last step. | 5. In a small pan, carefully heat the orange juice, strawberries and caster sugar so the sugar dissolves. | 6. Add the sorrel leaves and simmer for 15 minutes. | 7. Stir frequently. | 8. Once ready, sieve the strawberry syrup so that the syrup becomes smooth. | 9. You should have a pretty strawberry syrupy puree. | 10.
