    | 1. Preheat oven to 180C / 350°F. | 2. Melt the PB and syrup in a pan over a medium heat until well combined. | 3. Stir in the banana, nuts, seeds and oats. | 4. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan | 5. Encourage the mixture into a flat layer in the pan and smooth the top. | 6. Bake for 20 minutes (will still be soft when it comes out). | 7. Cut into 20 pieces. | 8.
