    | 1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. | 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancetta for 5 minutes, until just starting to crisp. | 3. Drizzle each layer with a little cream and season with salt and pepper. | 9. Continue until all the layers are finished, pour over the remaining cream and scatter with the remaining cheese. | 10. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbling. | 11.
