    | 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/390F/Gas 6. | 2. Pour the milk and cream into a pan and slowly bring to the boil. | 3. Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix well. | 4. Whilst the milk and cream is heating break up and place the croissants into an ovenproof dish. | 5. Sprinkle with the sultanas. | 6. When the milk and cream has boiled remove from the heat, add the egg and sugar mixture and the chocolate and stir well until the chocolate has melted. | 7. Add the whisky. | 8. Strain the mixture over the croissants, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until almost set. | 9.
