    | 1. Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F Degrees. | 2. Combine crumbs and sugar. | 3. Add butter and mix until all is well absorbed by the butter. | 4. Place into a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan, and bake for 10 minutes. | 5. Note: the crust will be baked again, so do not overbake. | 6. Filling: Cream cheese, and add sugar gradually. | 7. Pour onto prepared crust, and bake at 350°F for approx. | 10. 45 minutes, or when the whole surface of the cake has risen, remove from oven immediately and let sit at room temperature for an hour. | 11.
