    | 1. Combine vanilla pudding and heavy whipping cream in saucepan. | 2. Cook until pudding thickens. | 3. Remove from heat. | 4. Add dark rum to taste. | 5. Allow pudding mixture to cool. | 6. Combine whipping cream and sugar. | 7. Beat with mixer until it forms stiff peaks. | 8. Fold half of whipping cream into pudding mixture. | 9. Slice angel food cake into 3 layers. | 10. Coat inside of trifle bowl with raspberry preserves. | 11. Place bottom layer of angel food cake in trifle bowl. | 12. Sprinkle with dark rum. | 13. Spread half of pudding mixture over cake. | 14. Place half of the fruit on pudding. | 15. Repeat with second layer of cake, pudding, rum and fruit. | 16. Top with last layer of cake. | 17.
