    | 1. Cut the cauliflower into large florets leaving most of the inner leaves on. Cook in a large pan of boiling water for 7-10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain well. | 2. Meanwhile, peel and discard the skin from the sausage and roughly chop Place in a frying pan and stir over a high heat until the fat begins to run and the sausage starts to turn crispy at the edges. | 3.
