    | 1. Place the sliced cabbage in a pan and add the red wine vinegar and water and bring to the boil. | 2. Reduce heat after boil and leave to simmer with lid off for 10 minutes. | 3. Add the cranberry jelly to the cabbage and simmer for another 20 minutes or until the liquid has reduced to coat the cabbage. | 4.
