    | 1. Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk in a blender. | 2. Blend about 2 seconds in blender. Scrape the sides to combine. | 3. Blend 40 more seconds, and then move to the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (more is better). Overnight is best! | 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | 5. Pulse batter in the blender a few times. | 6. Pour blender contents into a 9 inch pie pan, greased, and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. | 7. Turn heat down to 375 degrees, and bake for 15 more minutes, or until pudding is crisp and rises. | 8. Serve with gravy from the meat.
