    | 1. In a dutch oven, cook onion in olive oil until starting to soften. | 2. Stir in garlic, cook for 30 seconds. | 3. Add 3 cups water. | 4. Stir in parsley, sour cream and mushrooms. | 8. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. | 9. Slowly stir in cornstarch mixture a little at a time until you reach the desired thickness. | 10. Remove from heat. | 11.
