    | 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. | 2. Grease a 22cm springform pan, and line base and sides with baking paper. | 3. Cook pasta until tender. Drain. Return to pan. | 4. Heat oil in large frypan. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. | 5. Add mince and cook until brown. Add pasta sauce and 1/4c water. Simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add to pasta. | 6. Combine bechamel sauce and eggs. add 1/2c to pasta mix, stir to combine. | 7. Place pasta mix in pan. Smooth surface. Pour over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. | 8. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. | 9. stand 20 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
