    | 1. Place yogurt in a strainer lined with Cheese cloth. Put Strainer in a bowl with enough room for liquid to drip down. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (Over night works best) Empty bowl every few hours. | 2. Place chopped cucumber in another cheese cloth and squeeze to remove liquid, discard liquid. | 3. In mixing bowl combine the drained yogurt, cucumber, salt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mint. Mix well. | 4. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week. | 5.
