    | 1. cut up feta cheese. | 2. add olive oil. | 3. mince garlic and add to cheese and oil. | 4. finely chop basil and add to mixture. | 5. stir mixture well. | 6. dice tomatoes and add to mixture. | 7. add salt and pepper to taste. | 8. cover and refridgerate for 1 hour. | 9. slice baguette on an angle and put on a cookie sheet. | 10. spray with pam (I use butter flavored). | 11. toast for 15min. in a 250 degree oven. | 12.
