    | 1. Brown the lamb in a non-stick frying pan then transfer to a slow cooker. | 2. Heat the oil in the same pan and gently fry the onions until soft, add the oregano and cinnamon, stir then add to the slow cooker on a low temperature. | 3. Add the cinnamon sticks, tomatoes and the stock to the slow cooker. | 4. Cook for approximately 7 hours until the meat is tender. | 5. Turn the heat to high, remove the cinnamon sticks and add the orzo. | 6. Cook for approx 25 minutes until the orzo is cooked. | 7.
