    | 1. Place feta cheese in a bowl. | 2. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, add all the other ingredients and cap jar. | 3. Shake until well blended. | 4. Pour over feta and stir gently as not to break up cubes. | 5. Divide mixture between 2 half pint jars with lids. | 6. Store in the fridge for up to a week. | 7. To serve, let cheese come to room temp for about 30 minutes. | 8. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or crisp breads. | 9. Makes 2 half pint jars. | 10.
