    | 1. Heat the oil and 2 tablespoons red wine in a large skillet over medium heat. | 2. Add chicken and saute about 4 to 6 minutes each side, until golden. | 3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. | 4. Saute garlic in pan drippings for 30 seconds, then add onion and saute for 3 minutes. | 5. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. | 6. Lower heat, add 1/2 cup red wine and simmer for 10 minutes. | 7. Add thyme and basil and simmer for 5 more minutes. | 8. Return chicken to skillet: top with feta cheese and cover. | 9. Cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. | 10. Add olives and parsley to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. | 11.
