    | 1. Preheat broiler. | 2. Slice the cheese into about 1/2-inch thick slices (you can use the crumbled feta cheese for this also) and divide evenly among 4 oven-proof baking dishes (or place in bottom of a large dish). | 3. Sprinkle the oregano and black pepper over the feta cheese in the dish. | 4. In a small bowl stir together roasted red peppers, olives and olive oil, then spoon the mixture over and around the cheese in the dish. | 5.
