    | 1. Whisk the eggs in bowl. | 2. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. | 3. Over medium heat, lightly grease pan or griddle with 1 tablespoon butter (4 slices of bread fit in my pan). | 4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, flip to coat each side. Do this quickly, so as not to completely soak the bread. | 5. Place on pan over medium heat for approx 2-3 min per side.
