Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla in blender (or use a stick blender), then pour half and mixture over first layer. | 6. Place second layer of sliced French Bread on top of apples and cover with remaining egg and milk mixture. | 7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. | 8. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees. | 9. Each person is served one double-layer serving. | 10.
