    | 1. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place apples evenly over bottom of pan. Mix brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Pour over the apples. Stir in the raisin, and mix until coated. Place bread slices over apple mixture. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Mix in vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. | 2. Heat over to 375 degrees. Bake french toast, covered, for 40 minute Take off foil and bake another 5 minutes. | 3. Let sit 10 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces.
