    Utensils Used
    | 1. In a large, shallow bowl crack eggs and add milk as desired to create enough egg mixture to saturate 8 pieces of texas toast. Whip the mixture with a fork until combined. | 2. Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium high heat. | 3. Soak 1 or 2 pieces of toast fully with egg mixture, flipping in the bowl to fully saturate each piece. | 4. Meanwhile melt approx 1 tsp of butter in the spot of each piece of toast, as soon as it melts place piece of toast in the spot. | 5. Watch toast carefully and when the down side is getting brown, flip the toast to cook opposite side, it shouldn't take very long if your pan is hot. | 6. Once both pieces are fully cooked and browned transfer to a plate and serve, two pieces topped with about a tbsp of soft butter, serve with syrup or jam as desired, I like mine with just the butter. | 7. Repeat steps 3 on until all toast is cooked. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
