    | 1. Preheat oven to 350°. | 2. Coat a 5x9" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. | 3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the bread cubes and mix well. | 4. Stir in the bread cubes and allow to sit for 10 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed. | 5. Spoon into the loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until golden. | 6. Remove from the pan, slice and serve with your favorite topping. | 7.
