    | 1. Preheat oven to 350*F. | 2. In a bowl mix by hand first 3 ingredients fir the base. Pat the dough gently over the bottom of an 8" pan and about 1" up the sides. Bake the base on the center oven rack until golden, about 25 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the topping. | 3. Using a blender (you can also use electric mixer ) on medium speed mix ingredients in following order.: eggs, sugar,yogurt, lemon juice and zest, cream cheese till light and fluffy. You may have to stop the blender/ mixer once or twice to scrape the bowl with a rubber spatula. Spread the topping evenly over the base. | 4. Bake on the center oven rack for about 1 hour,or until the center of the dish is set. | 5.
