    | 1. Take cheese out of the refrigerator an hour ahead of time so that it may melt more evenly. | 2. Preheat the oven to 350, preheat the iron skillet over medium heat. | 3. Spread remaining butter the less brown side, and put in oven until cheese is melted as desired. | 8. Remove and let sit before devouring. | 9.
