    | 1. Preheat oven to 500°F Line a baking sheet with foil; lightly coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat with a wire whisk or rotary beater until well mixed. Set aside. | 2. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides of each slice. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden, turning once.
