    | 1. Place a pan on the stove-top and set the heat to a low-medium. | 2. Combine the milk, sugar, eggs and better and whisk until eggs are completely broken, and everything is well incorporated. | 3. Add in the cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir (or whisk) until incorporated, and add in the vanilla extract. Whisk. | 4. Grab a piece of bread, and lightly butter both sides. Place the bread into the mixture, and throw onto a greased pan. Lightly toast the bread. | 5. Take the bread off the pan and lightly pat the bread to get the excess butter off. Dip the bread in the mixture quickly on both sides. Place back on the pan, and proceed to cook halfway through. Take the bread off the pan once again, dip in the mixture, and cook on the pan until both sides have cooked to your liking. | 6.
