    | 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. | 2. In a sauce over medium heat, melt the butter. | 3. Stir in the 2 T flour. | 4. Add milk and stir to mix well. | 5. Add the Swiss cheese and seasonings to taste. | 6. Stir so all ingredients are well combined. | 7. Add the egg yolks and remove from the heat. | 8. Pour mixture in a 9x9" baking dish. | 9. Bake in the preheated 300 degree oven for 10 minutes. | 10. Remove the dish from the oven and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely cooled. | 11. Heat oil in a deep fryer. | 12. Form balls and roll in the additional flour. | 13. Deep fry the cheese balls, a few at a time, until golden brown. | 14.
