    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. For two pounds of raw, peeled shrimp. | 3. Saute: One stick margarine (I use butter). | 4. With Six cloves crushed garlic | 5. Slowly, on low heat, heat the butter and garlic. Do not burn the garlic ! | 6. Then | 7. Add: 1/2 Cup dry white wine (can use cooking wine). | 8. 1/2 Crushed Red Pepper | 9. 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice. | 10. Place raw, peeled shrimp in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and pour the sauce over the shrimp. Cover and bake 20 minutes. | 11. You're done !
