Baked Asparagus Italian Style (Asparagi Al Forno)

    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. | 2. Clean the asparagus and trim off the woody ends if necessary. | 3. Place asparagus in a steamer (or in a pan of lightly salted water) and steam/cook for 8 minutes. | 4. Be sure not to over cook and make asparagus limpy. | 5. Place asparagus in a buttered, oven tolerant dish or pan. | 6. Season with pinch of salt and black pepper. | 7. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano. | 8.
