Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. | 11. Cut loaf into 1/2-inch slices; arrange cut side down on baking sheet. | 12. Bake 15 minutes; turn off oven. | 13. Turn biscotti over; let sit in oven 15 minutes. | 14. Cool. | 15. Drizzle melted white chocolate over biscotti. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
