    | 1. In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, and Parmesan. | 2. season with salt and pepper. Add the Spaghetti, mix well. | 3. Heat a heavy 10 inch skillet over medium heat. | 4. Add Oil and bring to heat. | 5. Add the Spaghetti/egg mixture and spread evenly. | 6. Cook'til golden brown, about 8-9 minutes. | 7. Place a plate inverted on the top and turn pan over. | 8. Add a bit of oil to the pan, bring back to heat. | 9. Slide the pasta back into the pan. | 10. Brown the other side, 6-7 minutes. | 11. Turn out onto a serving platter. | 12.
