    | 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and add tortellini. | 2. Meanwhile in a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat. | 3. Add the onion and Italian seasoning mix, cooking for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. | 4. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. | 5. In a medium bowl whisk together the cornstarch and milk. | 6. Whisk into pan with onions and cook until thickened, around 8 minutes. | 7. Stir in the parmesan cheese, spinach, beans and 1/2 the tomatoes. | 8. Cook for 4 minutes. | 9. Drain tortellini and place in a serving bowl. | 10.
