    | 1. Place hamburger into a large bowl and mash using your hands. | 2. Add the garlic powder, italian seasoning, pepper, and egg into the bowl and mix. | 3. Crush the saltine crackers in a seperate bowl until they turn into a fine powder. This will hold the hamburger together, after the egg made the mixture very runny. You can use the back of a spoon to crush the crackers. | 4. Add in the crushed crackers and mix thoroughly with your hands. | 5. Form meatballs to your preferred size. | 6. Fully coat the bottom of your pan with oil or cooking spray and cook the meatballs on medium heat until brown. | 7. Take one out when you think they're done and cut it in half to be fully sure they're finished cooking. The cook time listed here is an appoximate, depending on the size of your meatballs. | 8.
