    | 1. Put sausages in a large pot and cover with cold water. | 2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. | 3. Remove from pan. | 4. Drain and dry sausages with paper towel Heat oil in a large pot and add sausages and brown well. | 5. Remove from pan and set aside. | 6. In same pot add onion,garlic and peppers and saute for 5 minutes. | 7. Cut sausages into chunks and place in the pot with oregano,tomato sauce and salt and pepper. | 8. Bring to a boil,then simmer for 25 minutes,stirring often. | 9.
