    | 1. heat oil on medium -high heat in deep saute pen. | 2. saute shallot & garlic in oil until shallot soft and garlic fragrant (3-5 min.). | 3. cook angel hair pasta in lightly salted boiling water to al-dente. | 4. drain pasta and reserve 1 cup pasta water. | 5. add sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms. shrimp, and butter to shallot/garlic mix. | 6. saute until shrimp are pink (5 min.). | 7. add white wine or chicken stock , red pepper flakes, 1/2 cup pasta water and bring to simmer. | 8. re-hydrate angel pasta with remaining 1/2 cup pasta water and add to pan, toss well. | 9. serve with parmesan cheese. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
