Pour into baking dish. | 8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. | 9. To make topping: In medium bowl, whisk together flour, milk, melted butter, beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese until smooth. | 10. Pour over filling in baking dish. | 11. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. | 12.
