    | 1. In a large soup pot brown sausage over medium heat, add onion, celery, carrots and cook for five minutes. | 2. Add the mushroom and garlic and cook for five more minutes. | 3. Add white wine and cook for a few more minutes. | 4. Add the broth, chopped tomatoes and sauce bring to a boil and taste for seasoning. | 5. Break up the pasta and add to the soup, cook for 10 minutes. | 6. Stir in the spinach and cook for a few minutes. | 7. To serve place mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the soup bowl pour prepared soup on top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. | 8.
