    | 1. In a 5 quart Dutch oven, brown sausage into bite size pieces. Drain fat, reserving one tablespoon. | 2. Saute onions and garlic in reserved sausage fat. | 3. Stir in broth, water, wine, tomatoes, basil, oregano, tomato sauce and sausage. Bring to boil. | 4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Skim off fat. | 5. Stir in zucchini, basil and parsley. Simmer for another 30 minutes covered. | 6. Boil tortellini in water until just done, drain. Add to soup and simmer another 5 minutes. | 7. Serve with basil and Parmesan cheese on top. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
