    | 1. Brown first 4 ingredients. Drain. Put in bottom of pressure cooker. | 2. Sprinkle with half the Italian seasoning. | 3. Put the dry noodles on top. DO NOT STIR. | 4. Pour beef broth over the top of the hamburger mixture. I use the beef base and add hot water to make my broth, but you could also use the canned broth. | 5. Pour the tomato sauce over everything. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning. DO NOT STIR. | 6. Put the lid on. Program your pressure cooker on high for 6 minutes (or half the time the package of noodles says you should cook them). | 7. When the time is up, turn off your cooker and wait 2 more minutes. Then release any remaining pressure. | 8. Add cheese, stir, and enjoy. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
