    | 1. Season tilapia fillets on both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. | 2. In medium plastic ziplock add the lemon dipping extra virgin olive oil and the tilapia. Let marinade for 1/2 an hour in refrigerator. Remove the tilapia fillets from the marinade. | 3. In large plastic ziplock add the Italian seasoning bread crumbs and the red pepper flakes shake in the tilapia and thoroughly bread. | 4. In large skillet add the extra virgin olive oil, low-med heat. Fry up the tilapia fillets, 3 minutes on each side. Remove from oil and let it drain excessive oil on plate with napkin. | 5.
