    | 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. | 2. Cook the bacon until some of the fat is rendered and add the onions. Cook until the bacon is crispy and the onions are just caramelized. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. | 3. Remove the pan from the burner. (Sauce can be prepared ahead of time and saved in the refrigerator). | 4. Put the chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. | 5. Bake for 30 minutes. | 6.
