    | 1. Heat EVOO in skillet and add onion and garlic. Sautee until the onions are translucent. | 2. Add can of tomatoes (Juice and all), allow for mixture to come up to heat. | 3. Add wedges of cheese, and Parmesan and mix to combine, until cheese is melted and the mixture takes on a light "cream" sauce look. | 4.
