    | 1. Fry leeks in 1 tbsp oil until soft adding garlic at the end of cooking. Remove from heat and keep warm. | 2. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the onion until soft. | 3. Stir and add the rice and stock. | 4. Cook until almost all the liquid is gone. | 5. Remove from heat, stir and leave to stand covered for 5 minutes. | 6. Stir the cream cheese into the rice. | 7.
