    | 1. Chop up the tomatoes, onion and garlic, put them in a small sauce pan and saute until onion and garlic are translucent. Add in the Tomato sauce, as it starts to boil use a potato masher and mash up the tomato's a little more. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, and allow sauce to simmer for about 15 minutes. This can be done ahead of time. | 2. Cook the Noodles according the directions on the package. Once done drain and put them back in the pot. | 3. Pour the sauce onto the noodles and stir. Then add in the Parmesan Cheese and combine. | 4. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees. | 5. Pour the mixture into a slightly greased 8x8 Pan. Pour 1/4 cup water down over the noodles. Top with the Cheddar Cheese, and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. | 6.
