    | 1. Thaw spinach completely in a colander lined with a few paper towels. | 2. This may take a few hours. | 3. Squeeze spinach completely dry. | 4. Set aside. | 5. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. | 6. Brown in a skillet. | 7. Keep warm. | 8. Cook penne according to package. | 9. Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan, add both jars of sauce, tomato and spinach. | 10. Bring to a simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally. | 11. Continue simmering for 10 minutes or so. | 12. When pasta is done, drain and place in a large serving bowl. | 13. Add chicken and stir. | 14. Add Alfredo mixture and stir again. | 15.
