    | 1. get a throw away aluminum roasting pan-big one. | 2. preheat oven to 350. | 3. place roasting pan on the cookie sheet. | 4. slice sausage in 2 inch pieces. | 5. cut potatoes in 2 inch pieces-do not peal. | 6. peel garlic cloves. | 7. add all ingredients in roasting pan and toss. | 8.
