    | 1. Preheat oven too 500ºF. | 2. Cut chicken into chunks and stir fry with 1-2 tablespoons dressing. | 3. Add one clove garlic to pan and stir. | 4. Prepare dough with olive oil. | 5. Spread 1/2 cup salad dressing over crust. | 6. Top with remaining clove garlic, spread evenly. | 7. Sprinkl Parmesan cheese over crust to lightly cover. | 8. Put 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese on top. | 9. Chop chicken into small pieces and place on top. | 10. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and more Parmesan, if desired. | 11. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. | 12. Meanwhile, toss tomatoes, lettuce and green onions in large bowl. | 13. Mix with additional salad dressing. | 14. Serve each pizza slice with a serving os caesar salad on top! | 15.
